Pilates Plus Class  |  Maximum 8 people

A workout that begins with Classical Mat work then moves to the basic exercises on the Tower and Reformer.  Some tubing exercises and extra stretching may be added. This class focuses on the precision of each movement to help strengthen and stretch your body leaving you feeling worked out and refreshed!


This class is for all levels. Beginners will learn how to do the exercises with precision and advanced practitioners will be challenged to work deeper into the Powerhouse.
