One:  We talk to you in person or on the phone about YOU, your body and your goals.
 
Two:  You have an individual private session as we introduce you to the studio and classical Pilates.
 
Three:  We sit down with you and review your goals, discuss your workout and give you a plan to succeed. You will know how to move forward with our services at that time!

Private Lessons  |  1 on 1

Each Private Lesson is created for the student’s body, needs and goals. You will learn how to perform the exercises with precision while learning the transitions so you will be able to flow as you become a more advanced practitioner.   
 
Private Lessons are for students of all levels and is the best way to progress to your goals.  Private Lessons are the gateway to take classes at PPC.

Duet Lessons  |    2 on 1

A Duet Lesson is a workout with two compatible students taught by one instructor.  The Lesson is tailored like a Private Lesson but the time is shared between the two clients and exercises are chosen that benefit both bodies. You will learn how to perform the exercises with precision while learning the transitions so you will be able to flow as you become a more advanced practitioner. 
 
Duet Lessons are for students of all levels who would like to workout with a partner.  Duet Lessons are the gateway to take classes at PPC.

Trio/Quad   |  3 /4 on 1

A Trio or Quad Lesson is a workout with 3 or 4 somewhat compatible students taught by one instructor.  The Lesson is tailored like a Private Lesson but the time is shared between all the clients and the exercises chosen are more beginning and intermediate level in order to maintain safety using the apparatus .  You will learn how to perform the exercises with precision while learning the transitions so you will be able to flow as you become a more advanced practitioner. 
 
Trio or Quad Lessons are for students of all levels who would like to workout with their friends, family or co-workers.  

Reformer Class  |  Maximum 3 students

The Reformer is resistance training on a spring-based apparatus. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body while developing improved balance, alignment and strength.
In order to sign up for this class, you must first attend at least 5-10 Private Lessons so we can make sure you are comfortable with the apparatus, transitions and exercises. This class is not for brand new beginners.  
There are 3 levels for this class:
1 - Advanced beginner starting to do intermediate work
2 - Strong intermediate practitioner
3 - Advanced practitioner working on flowing through the exercises

Tower Class   |  Maximum 5 people

A workout on the Tower is an energizing combination of mat work and the use of resistance through the springs and bars of the Tower. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing resistance for strength & flexibility while lengthening your muscles.
 
In order to sign up for this class you must first have at least 5-10 Private Lessons so we can make sure you are comfortable with the apparatus, transitions and exercises. This class is not for brand new beginners.  
 
There are 2 levels for this class:
1 - Advanced beginner / intermediate starting to do intermediate work
2 - Advanced practitioner working on flowing through the exercises.

Mat Class   |  Maximum 8 people

A Classical Pilates Mat Class that may use some of the Small Equipment such as the Magic Circles, Hand Weights, Spine Correctors or the Wall.   Every muscle in the body will be worked in an efficient & focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in Pilates’ unique way.  
 
There are 3 levels for this class:
1 - Beginner Plus: learning the precision of the exercises with help from the apparatus
2 - Intermediate: working on the precision of the Mat work and clean transitions
3 - Intermediate /Advanced: working on flowing through the exercises
