Tower Class | Maximum 5 people
A workout on the Tower is an energizing combination of mat work and the use of resistance through the springs and bars of the Tower. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing resistance for strength & flexibility while lengthening your muscles.
In order to sign up for this class you must first have at least 5-10 Private Lessons so we can make sure you are comfortable with the apparatus, transitions and exercises. This class is not for brand new beginners.
There are 2 levels for this class:
1 - Advanced beginner / intermediate starting to do intermediate work
2 - Advanced practitioner working on flowing through the exercises.
